Explanation of each key process

1.Printing, cutting and punching

2.K3 / K4 liquid, square resistance and wire group, enzyme diffusion test

① The PET electrode plate is cut into single pieces with a septum hydrophilic film, and the performance is also tested with K3 / K4. 3.Dot enzyme

The enzyme is completely diffused in the reaction area and does not overflow. After the enzyme is completely diffused, it is baked in a tunnel oven. After baking, the enzyme layer is free of particles, powder, and overflow. The enzyme electrode is placed in a high temperature and low humidity oven for curing. ;

4. Production

After curing, the electrode sticks the septum and the hydrophilic film, and the deviation of the sticking position is required to not exceed ± 0.1mm; the siphon groove is in the middle of the reaction zone;

5, coding and verification

1. Cut the tube / bag test strip according to the fixed code program and check whether the linear equation is consistent with the built-in equation of the instrument; 2. Use the blood glucose meter and blood glucose test strip to test in accordance with the technical requirements of the blood glucose meter product. Technical requirements for blood glucose test strip products, otherwise judge the batch of test strips to be scrapped;
